RBF agreement extended
A BALLOT of RBF staff saw the unanimous acceptance of a roll-over of their current Agreement, meaning a one-year extension of the existing Agreement and a 4% wage increase this year.
This gives RBF CPSU Members and staff a year to work on cultural and practice changes that will build a better organisation.
CPSU Organisers will be meeting with RBF Management and Representatives to discuss the way forward and CPSU Member involvement.

In the current financial environment this wages outcome is very positive and the apparent renewed focus on internal changes for the better is a welcome shift.
