Making ends meet: harder or easier?
Recent ABS figures show inflation’s only run at 1% in the last 12 months in Tasmania.
Some groceries have also dropped in price.
Despite this – the cost of electricity, water and sewerage and fuel are up. So are childcare costs and motor vehicle insurance and registration.
This paints a mixed picture of cost of living pressures facing Tasmanians.
We’d love to hear from Members about their experience?
How have you found the cost of living in Tasmania over the last 12 months? Are finances easier to manage or is it getting harder to make ends meet?
