It pays to be a CPSU Member
CPSU Members have access to help when they need it. Here are two recent ways the CPSU’s helped them achieve great results and fairness:
– A Member who wanted some extra hours was initially refused them for some pretty baseless reasons. The CPSU asked the manager to look at it again and they agreed the decision was flawed and gave our Member the hours they requested.
– A Member with a “first and final” written warning was successful in having the letter removed from their file by using a letter to their manager which the union drafted, and they have returned to work.
These are just a couple of terrific outcomes. Each week the CPSU works to ensure Members are treated fairly in their workplaces.
