Parks & Wildlife: Your Agreement, Your Log of Claims
SOME of your important employment conditions are found in the Parks and Wildlife Services Agreement and it’s time to renegotiate. This gives us you a chance to make improvements to your conditions and ensure you have an Agreement that works for you.
After extensive consultation with your Parks Delegates, your CPSU has put together a draft Log of Claims for yoyour consideration.The Log gives us a framework from which we can negotiate with the employer and should outline what we want to achieve from the bargaining process.
This Agreement, along with the Public Sector Union Wage Agreement will affect the next few years of your working life and your CPSU wants to make sure that this Agreement gives you the entitlements and rights at work that you deserve.

Please take the time to read the Log of Claims and provide any feedback, suggestions, additions or comments to your CPSU Parks Organiser Nick Duncombe at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 6234 1708.
Our intention is to have all Members feedback received and the Log finalised by Friday 8 November. After we have Member endorsement and support we’ll serve the Log on the employer and get into the bargaining process.
Please take a good look at the material provided and get back to Nick indicating your support or otherwise ASAP but before 8 November.
