CPSU’s open letter to Victorian public sector workers
TODAY your CPSU wrote to Victorian public sector workers urging them to take an active interest in who their employer would be, with the upcoming state election.
The letter explained the vast difference the promises the Tasmanian Government made before the election compared to its decisions post-election to cut more jobs, change the industrial relations system, consult on chance and not to allow forced redundancies.
The letter warns about the bad experience Tasmanian public sector workers have faced since the March election and encourages them to take time to questions and challenge candidates in the Victorian election.
