Correctional Officer Agreement (COA) Reserved Matters
During previous negotiations for the COA, there were three matters that were considered reserved matters to be worked through during the life of the Agreement. These matters included rostering principles, health insurance and minimum staffing.
The Commissioner asked that during the life of the Agreement a report back was given to the Tasmanian Industrial Commission to advise of the progress made on each reserved matter. The CPSU told management that Members would first have a week to put forward any concerns about the document before reporting back to the Commissioner.
