TFS & DPEM: Integration of services
THE CPSU held Member meetings statewide about the Integration of DPEM and TFS Corporate Services and the affects that this will have on employees.
Members overwhelmingly supported not taking part in any relocation of areas before management provides a full change proposal that’s properly consulted on. This would include details of the proposed corporate services integrated structure and what future employment conditions, entitlements and arrangements would be put in place for all employees. Members endorsed to escalate the matter if management continues to refuse to properly consult its employees.
Members also called on the Commissioner to arrange a follow-up statewide staff meeting to discuss the integration of services process to-date and at what stage it is in, which the CPSU will request on behalf of Members.

The message we’ve received is clear – CPSU Members remain supportive of integrating services but won’t accept any change or move before a full change proposal is given and consulted on; and negotiations take place on future employment entitlements and arrangements.
The CPSU will communicate this position to the Commissioner.
