State Government ceases arrangements with Safe Pathways
The State Government is cutting all ties with residential care provider Safe Pathways, Human Services Minister Petrusma revealed on Tuesday.
“We’re working with Safe Pathways at the moment to cease all remaining arrangements,” she said at a press conference.
Eleven children were removed from the not-for-profit organisation’s care in December following reports from ABC TV’s Four Corners episode that the provider was failing to offer children with proper care, despite being paid thousands of dollars from the State Government.
