Collective walks continuing

Collective walks continued this week – with a sea of red t-shirts and Tasmanians Need a Pay Rise signs at Rosny and in the Hobart CBD. At St Johns Park, New Town another walk was organised by Forensic Science Service Tasmania and Delegates at surrounding worksites.

These walks are keeping the campaign front and centre in the community.  As well as colour and noise, we are also handing out campaign material. They get attention and word is spreading.

Walks continue on Tuesday October 16. See details below. More walks may be added soon.

Hobart: Tuesday October 16, 12.30-1pm. Meet outside Parliament Square, Salamanca Place for a walk around the CBD. Join on Facebook here.

Rosny: Tuesday October 16, 12-12.30pm. The walk is starting & ending on Bligh St at Rosny. Meet outside the WorkSafe car compound (next to Service Tasmania).

St Johns Park: Tuesday October 16, 12.30-1.15pm. Meet on the grass near the Carruthers Building, St Johns Park, New Town and walking towards Moonah.
