I and our colleagues are struggling to prevent kids from falling through the cracks of an under resourced system. Not sure how to update your email signature? Here's how:
In Outlook, select Include > Signature > New Signature/Signatures…
Select ‘New’. Then paste your copied text (or write your own!) and select the image icon (
).
Select the image you downloaded to insert with your text. Then click ‘Ok.’
Then you’re good to go! Insert your new signature whenever you want by clicking Include > Signature > Your New Signature.
Now you know how, you can help your colleagues to set theirs up too!
